A lifelong resident of Lancaster County, Andrew Herr, owner and Chief Appraiser, got his start as a Realtor in Lancaster County in 1991. He made the switch to appraising shortly thereafter and has been appraising residential real estate in this area for over 14 years. This means that Andrew has been working in the real estate industry of Lancaster, PA and all across Lancaster County for 20 years! He is a PA State Certified Residential and FHA Roster appraiser.
Andrew was born and raised in Lancaster County. He enjoys boating and piloting his dog, Cici, on his bike.
